The Hellenic Copyright Organization (HCO) is going to organize an event in order to celebrate the World Intellectual Property Day.

The event is going to take place at Stoa tou Vivliou on Tuesday 28th of April from 14.00 till 17.00. At 14.30 the scheduled presentations will commence while during the event there will be an exhibition of material from the collecting societies and the collective protection societies participating in the event.

The central speakers will be Mr. Th.Valtinos (author, member of the Academy of Athens), and Mr. N. Mamangakis (composer).

An open discussion with the public on outstanding issues of copyright will follow. Representatives of the collecting societies and collective protection societies will answer questions. Dr. I. Stamatoudi, Director of HCO will coordinate the discussion.
