Chapter Fourteen |

With the exception of Article 69, this Law shall enter into force from the date of its promulgation in the Official Journal. Article 69 of this Law shall enter into force six months after the date of the promulgation of this Law in the Official Journal. We command the promulgation of this Law in the Official Journal and its implementation as a law of the State. |
